Katie recently joined HBFS in October 2021 as Marketing and Customer Services Assistant. With experience in previous customer-centric roles, working from reception Katie will often be the first point of contact for our clients.

Her duties include a range of customer-oriented tasks, including meeting and greeting and assisting customer queries, and administrative support to the team to ensure that clients needs are met.

Outside of the office Katie enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family.
